Claim Your Sheet and Supply the Missing Information
Homeowners use your sheet to decide whether to call. Every field you fill in replaces a Not provided label with your answer. It's free, and it takes about ten minutes.
Step 1How claiming works
- Find your sheet and confirm you own or manage the business.We call the phone number on your license or corporate record, or email a code to the address on your website.
- Fill in the fields marked Not provided.Most owners finish in about ten minutes.
- Send documents where you can.A sample contract or insurance certificate lets us mark a field Checked by us instead of Supplied.
- We review and publish within five working days.Each change is listed in the sheet's history with the date.
Before you startWhat paying can't do
No plan, at any price, can:
- remove or soften an accurate negative fact, such as a closed complaint;
- remove a Not provided label without supplying the information;
- move your business up a table (tables are alphabetical).
What you can always do, free: supply missing information, add documents, and ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
Step 2Supply information
Send us the business name, your role, the field and the information, written the way you'd want a customer to read it (for example "10% at signing, then five stage payments"). Add where we can check it: a link, or the document itself.
Use the contact page until the online form opens. We confirm you represent the business before anything is published.

An enhanced profile adds photos, a contact form and view statistics, and is labelled Enhanced profile (paid). It never changes order, negative facts or Not provided labels. How we make money
QuestionsQuestions from business owners
Does claiming my sheet cost anything?
No. Claiming, supplying information and asking for corrections are free and stay free.
How do I replace a Not provided label?
Supply the information. Your answer replaces the label with a source tag; if you also send a document, such as an insurance certificate, the tag says it was supplied by the business and when we checked its dates.
Can I have an accurate negative figure removed?
No. If you think a figure is wrong, send the evidence and we check it within five working days; accurate figures stay on the sheet.
Does paying change where my business appears?
No. Reports are alphabetical, and an enhanced profile is labelled and changes nothing in the tables.
