# Terms of Use

The terms for using OpenBook Local, including how information sheets, labels and requests work.

## Section 1 Information sheets

Sheets summarise information from businesses, documents and public records, with the source of each fact. They are not advice and not a guarantee of any business's work. Check important details, such as licenses and insurance, yourself before you sign.

## Section 2 Labels, order and sponsorship

Reports are alphabetical and are not rankings. Paid profiles and sponsored placements are always labelled and never change order or labels.

## Section 3 Requests

A request you send goes only to the businesses you tick. Any agreement you make is between you and the business.
