# Corrections

Found something wrong on a sheet? Tell us. We reply within five working days and log every change we make in the sheet's history.

## Section 1 How corrections work

1.

**Tell us the page, the field and what's wrong.** Anyone can ask: homeowners, businesses, employees.

2.

**Send evidence if you have it.** A contract, certificate, invoice or official record.

3.

**We check and reply within five working days.** If we change the sheet, the change appears in its history with the date.

We correct errors; we don't remove accurate facts because they are unwelcome, and paying doesn't change that.

## Section 2 Request a correction

Email corrections@theopenbooklocal.com (placeholder until launch) with the page address, the field, what it should say and any evidence.
